Arent all of ya'll from Texas? Its still hot at the beginning of October, hell its rarely cooled off by Halloween. Is there a specific reason why the 2nd was chosen?

 

I know its not "cooled off" but its not triple digits the second was a day pulled straight from my ****... I'm open to suggestions.

 

hmmm, yahoo maps shows it a 5.75 hour drive.... I dunno if i will drive up and back the same day, more than likely i will get a hotel room. any decent places to stay around there?

 

Lumberton, TX has a few new hotels and would be reasonably priced I'm sure its about 15min from the track... Theres Beaumont too, its 20-25min

 

I didnt figure it would be that far since it normally takes me about 4.5hrs to get to Dallas from my house, you must be on the North end of DFW somewhere

And the 9th i'll probably be at Crusin the Coast in Mississippi. I say we do it October 30th. They only list Test and tune so we should be able to make as many passes as we want without having to wait for the bracket racers etc.

 

I was just seeing the same thing on their site, when I was looking for an address to put in my GPS.

 

The 30th it is that should give everone more time to get their crap together.
