ive wraped a peice of sandpaper (plumbers cloth) around the line then tightened the clamp gives an extra bit of holding power. then i bought [URL="http://www.cornwelltools.com/webcat/products.php?product=MCL71475-%252d-Master-Flaring-Kit#"] ,but i also do enuff lines to justify the $$ cheap tools =

Got it all together yesterday after I had the guy flare the other end for me...I noted that the fittings into the abs unit are not the same 7/16-24 thread that is on the other end. Im not sure what size it is but it has a coarser thread pitch and slightly larger diameter.

line on the rear? usually see them on the front . what made you put it on the rear? activate it and then engage brakes to keep the pressure from entering the rear brakes?

Exactly, basically flip a switch and you turn off the rear brakes.
