i want a "good" entry level stud welder not harbor freight.
so i have about $250 to spend on one , and i dont want a junk ,use once and throw away gun.
who makes a good one? and why

I have one from snap-on but it was like 500+ or something like that but i use it multiple times a day and its great. I would get one of the harbor freight ones if your not going to use it very often. a buddy at work got one and he uses his almost everyday and its older than mine (mines around 4 or 5 years old) and theres nothing wrong with it. the only thing i noticed anout his is that its a little heavier and sometime you have to hold the trigger down longer to get the stud to weld good.
