I had a buddy that had a 13" and still had the IFS on a 3/4T. I think he had to swap out the arms, torsion bars, longer CV shafts and front drive shaft, and it had a big diff carrier that ran back to mid chassis. I know it as a pretty expensive kit but dont remember where or what kind. I think it came with steering linkages also and ran him about $14k installed.. Just go SAS at that point, its not worth holding on to IFS..

I'm not sure what all he had the shop do but when he had it done we looked over the price and it was fair at the time but this was almost almost 10 years ago. I'm fairly sure his wheel and tire setup, gears, and a cam were included. His truck was less than a year old and didnt want do go solid axle. But hey, its his money..

I did my 7" lift about 2 years ago at the cost of $1600 and i installed it myself.. I wont let a shop work on my truck so i'm not sure ow labor charges are.

Edit: I was looking to do a SAS but i think i'm going to go with the Cognito 10-12 kit (found one new for $2250) in mine instead and sell my 7" Superlift.. I dont mud enough for SA and this is my DD so IFS is nice oin the highway.. After all i have read cognito is the way to go for anything over 6", under 6" i would use a fabtech. My superlift rides nice but i dont trust it completely. just my $.02
