I tucked 315 75R16's on my 93' chevy with a sledgehammer and sawzall mod to the rear lower corners of my front fenders. That was with torsion keys cranked and a 3" shackle flip in the rear. That was a temporary mod until I could put the rest of my lift on. Long story short, I ruined two tires and found a killer deal on some used 35's so I jumped on it and made things work.

It all depends on the wheels.. Stock or near stock width and backspacing shouldn't be a problem.. Wider than stock and less backspacing not a chance

i cant tell in the pic if you have a 1/2 or not. i have a 2500hd and i have 35's on it with no lift yet. torsion bars are cranked alittle. it rubs the inner fender just a tad. and that is with 35x12.50x17 on 17x9's with 0 offset i would say you will need a 3" body lift and a leveling kit to clear themon a 1/2 ton
