39.5x18x15 super swampers on a 15x10 rim? What do you guys think? Plus what rearend gears should i use for this tire size with an overdrive tranny?

I would go with at least a 12" rim. Please post what kind of truck and some more info about the vehicle.

at least a 12 inch wide rims 4.56 gears, some type of shift kit

a 18" tire on a 10" rim dont exactly sound right

4.56 gears minumum maybe 4.88s

12" width rim and 4.88 gears. what do you plan on doing with it? showing or off roading?

A 39.5" tire is gonna be Hell on those 2wd front parts. You'd need at least 4.88 gears; and if you plan on using it very often you might want to look into changing the rear end to a 14 bolt with outers redrilled to a 5 lug to match your front.

if its driven much he will definetaly need to upgrade the front axle/diff.

the stock 1500 parts start to fail routinely when you go much over a 35" tire

Wow, no way I would put the big of a tire on a 10" rim. Defiently need a 12" rim no higher than a 4.88 gear I would think.
You will defiently start to break some stuff on the front if you drive it at all.
