what options do both trucks have?? i bet a '04 rcsb 2wd is probly worht about the same as a '99 ecsb 4x4 especially if his is all power... what motors are in both? need more info. get the info of his truck, mileage, options and check the book between the two... if they are about the same and you like his truck then go for it. if yours is worth more ask for some cash on top.
