I have been running the 295x70x17 Terra Grapplers on my truck now for 38,000 miles and I like the alot but these MT 305x65 17 look kool, has anybody had any experience with these:

 

If you're sporting the 295/70R17's now the 305/65's will fit just fine. I've put those on a few Land Rovers lately in that size so it's odd that you bring these tires up just now. They're alright. It's about as close as you can get to an All-Terrain/Mud-Terrain hybrid, so to speak. In my experiences they balance like ***, but every manufacturer has a few bad apples in the barrel so good luck if those are the ones you choose!

 

My friend runs a 305/55/20 ATZ and likes them. I too have heard of some people having issues with MT tires, but there are many who have good luck. Buy them local in case you have some bad luck

 

x2 with the balancing. I think that tire is made by Cooper and branded with the MT logo. It seems that a lot of guys on GMfullsize.com like them
