Exactly, Their basic 7-9" kit is $1850, but wait, that doesn't include anything special. Also you'll need to buy shocks and something for the rear. For a 9" kit you'll probably need leaf springs, which will cost you at least $400 or so, and if I were you I wouldn't cheap out on shocks either.

I bet by the time you're done, you'll have $3000 into just the lift, and that's if you go with a single normal shock. If you go to resevoir shocks or a dual shock setup, and upgrade to the HD tie rod kit(recommended) or god forbid run a dual resevoir shock setup, you could easily be $4000+ into just the lift.

I'm a big Cognito fan, but I'm biased since I know the owner. You really can't compare a 6" kit to a 10, and the Cognito kits are in a different field all together. A knuckle kit will hold alignments better, and the Cognito kits come with their pitman/idler arm supports that will help you from prematurely wearing your steering kits.
While I'm not a fan of blocks, you could run a 5" block and an add a leaf, front between 7-8" and be sitting level.
I'd rather do something once and do it right than do it twice... but that could just be me
