Default bilstein 5100 shocks for lift????

im looking for some replacement shocks for my 99 nbs z71 silvy. it has a 2 1/2 inch torsion lift front and 2" blocks in rear, ive been using Skyjacker replacement shocks but looking for a better ride. i realize its still gonna be stiff,but sumthings gotta be better than these skyjackers. iv eheard good things about the Bilsteins

I didn't feel the night and day difference everyone claims... I just sold them and put on some pro comp es9000 I got for free, and I didn't notice a change at all....

I put 5100's on the rear of my dad's 2500 HD. They are an improvement over stock-not dastic but noticable.

There is a 5100's shock designed specifically for a torsion lift, go on their website and it specifies the details

2.5" front crank? Have you checked your CV angles, thats gotta be horrible.

well its about 2inches, any higher and yeah, they would be in a bind. but ive had the 2" leveling kit on the front for 8years and i just replaced my first cv at 275k on the speedo. and that was because the boot was busted, and i use for 4wd quite a bit in the winter.
