Default body lift removal

Can anyone provide me with with uninstall instructions for a body lift? I am looking to go lower and more performance oriented. so i'm going to be getting rid of the wheels, tires, and body lift. I'm guessing i should find someone to buy it first so i can swap out everything between trucks, but any help is appreciated.

i took the body lift off of my old rcsb. some things i can remember

-cab and bed mounts have the blocks underneath em
-bumper relocation brackets
-fan shroud was lifted up with brackets
-linkage
-driveshaft extension
-ebrake cable relocation bracket

it was alot easier to take it off then it was to put it on for some reason. if you have questions about anything feel free to PM me, ill take pics or try to do w/e i can to help.
o also i hope you saved all your stock stuff cause its gonna make for some money spending if you didnt

Well the truck being down isn't a problem as it is already i have a daily driver so it isn't a worry. My 3rd and 4th went out of the 4l60e. I'm funding my 4l80e by selling my wheels, tires, and body lift. Only thing is i can't post in the classifieds. I wouldn't mind working out an exhange with the buyer paying all shipping costs. I'm hoping to get 900 w/o shipping out of the wheels and tires. I only have about 3,000 miles on brand new 305/70r16 Mickey Baja Radial MTX's. I will get more pics up for ya Chevy cowboy, but heres a link to a single pic. pix of my truck

tires new are 190 a peice. The only thing i noticed today was that i don't have the e-brake relocater bracket, but i'm sure it could be found online.

Just the tires for shipping would be around 260 usd.
