i am going to put a 3" body lift and rode in my brothers 01 blazer with a shackle lift. and cranked torsion bars and it sways like crazy. this thing rides like a cadallic on air bags. freaking boat rocking feeling i didn't know if a 3" body lift would give my truck the same feel if so i am not doing it. thanks for the help i have never ridden in a truck with one.

 

from what i have head it has the sawy to it..why dont u do like a 4 inch lift.

 

i have a 3" body lift on my 2000 and i love it. it drove just like the other trucks without.

 

you're just feeling the effects of a higher center of gravity. A body lift does not alter the spring rates of the suspension. with cranked torsion bars, it shouldn't sway much either.
