Default Driveshaft issue?

Im looking at buying the new rough country 6" NTD (non torsionbar drop) kit.

http://www.roughcountry.com/chevy_4wd_99-06_6ntd.html

Being i have LT's with a custom made Y pipe (3"), will i have problem with the driveshaft clearing the Y pipe? Im not sure if the lift will create an angle that will cause an issue there or not?

I run the pacesetter ory and had to make a small dent in it.So it doesn't hit my front driveshaft. The shaft has more of an angle do to the lift.
