Gearing is 100% dependent of the application. To say 35's must have 4.56's is like saying you must put butter on your toast. What if I don't want butter?

Thanks
Here's pretty much how I do it:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...light=sea+foam

I use one can in the oil, one slowly down the brake booster vac line (killing the engine with the fluid at the end of the can), while that's soaking use the deep creep and soak the inside of tb (let it soak then use a clean rag and clean it up), finally I go kinda heavy in the gas tank using up to 3 cans sometimes with a fresh tank full of premium. After about 150-200 miles I will change the oil and filter. After the tank of fuel is down to about a 1/4 tank I will change out the fuel filter and spark plugs. Check out the wires also make sure they are ok and replace if needed. This is how I will baseline a vehicle if it has never been done. Then on every oil change you can adjust it to suit the vehicle and of course you don't have to do the plugs and fuel filter every time.

Hope this helps you out.

Well, I got my parts together today. While I'm on leave I'll be doing my lift and some other odds and ends.

I got the 6 inch Pro Comp with MX6's, some N-Fab steps, Pro Comp Xtreme 6089's, and the tires are Xtreme A/T's (35 12.5 R17). I also got all the wear parts for the front end, replacment upper control arms, lower ball joints, tie rod ends, idler arm, and pitman arm. I even got a set of LS1 E-fans I'll be putting on her.

I need to find a hand held to adjust for the new tire size. Now that I'm broke I'll have to wait to get the PCM edited!!

I'll post up some pictures when I get it all done.

he didnt say u must put 4.56 gears in.. but if u runs 35`s 4.56 is the way to go.. if u have 3.73 and move to 4.10 your not going to see much of a improvement on 35`s.

my 4.10 do pretty good with 35's. I agree don't waste the money on 4.10 if your truck didn't come that way. go with 4.56 if you plan on running anything over a 35.

I have 3:73's I'll be going to 4:56's or 4:88's next summer. I would like to end up being able to run 37's. We will see how that goes!!

If you run 4:56's with 35's it comes up to almost stock ratio. Mine came with 3:73's swapped out to 4:56's now ratio with tires is right at a 4:00. I get anywhere between 10-12 mpg in town with 60lbs injectors. When the truck is running
Your truck looks good . Did you have any problems with scrubbing? I had to trim my front bumper a little.

Trimmed the lower valance, but the front tires slightly rub the inner fenders in a full turn. I left them alone because I plan on a bit more lift later on.
