Yeah its 4WD and does have the beefy 12 bolt. Killing it with 3.08's and 35's
I really really REALLY need to go to 4.10's.

Hey, my glass 4L60 hasnt died yet, so I figured the best bang for my buck is keep putting miles on it until it does get hurt, then swap in the 4L80
Tahoe is a very mild build, as far as suspension is concerned. I do want to solid swap it, but until then she is:
Rear:
H2 9.5 rear, w/ functioning e-locker
H2 sway w/ relocated links
Custom bent lines w/ -3AN center line, like 13" long because she droops out faaaaaar
Ballistic fab rear cover
Moog rear Z71 coils
Fabricated control arms with uniballs and heims
Fabricated panhard
1.5" spacers
Bilstein 5100
Front:
Cranked keys
Bilstein 5100
6-8 lug adapters
Moog "problem solver" front end
Bad unit bearing included free of charge
4.10 front diff swap
Front bumper is .120 DOM rear is .250 DOM. Swing out is .120 CREW. Skid is 1/4" aluminum, trans cooler hides in the dimples
Im in New Mexico, yet to be to Utah, but I am thinking I am going to join Full Size Invasion and see if the Tahoe cant make a name for herself. Prob solid swap before then however

Yeah it will do a burnout... not a real good one, but it will still spin the tires.
I'm honestly not 100% certain what it is in there but I do know that it sucks.

Man that is a very solid build. And it looks great.
I really want to swap from my plastic skid plate to aluminium.

Didn't realize you were running OEM springs in the back. Looks taller than than just 1.5" lift.
Got your 3.73 front diff laying around still? Need to find someone who wants 4.10s and is willing to trade.
I really like your off road bumper and fenders with the Rally cut. Need to do something to mine but waiting until I get rear ended so I can use insurance money.

Fullsize invasion would be fun! Maybe Off Road Design will be there and they can finally make some 1/2 ton SAS parts.

If it spins both and hasn't blown up then it can't be too terrible. I considered finding a rearend from that gen to swap in my RCSB but they are all expensive and not much info out there for them.

I would highly recommend the Mazzulla bumper. Looks so clean. BUT if you use the bumper to get into the bed.... you're fucked. LOL
I like the Dirt King bumper as well and it comes with provisions for license plate lights. The Mazzula did not, just had to get a led lighted frame and tap into the wiring.

Don't have to worry about license plate lights in Florida its sorta lawless down here. But I never thought about not having a step to get in the bed so I guess that's off the list.
Yeah most xxx stuff is expensive . I have yet to find anything newer than GMT800 in my local pick and pull yards. Really disappointing as I'd like to find some interior bits to try and swap over and could really use a budget brake setup just for mockup purposes. A 6.2 would be a nice find as well.
Anyone know if the NNBS and NBS leaf springs are the same?
