Good looking work @dantheman1540 .
I have really been wanting to start doing some welding myself on some small stuff. What would you get for a decent priced beginner welder?

Honestly, I'd either get a cheap 110 Mig like this or drop some real coin and get a multiprocessor. I just don't have 220v anywhere so $500 Hobart it is.
I did borrow a neighbor's big dick Miller a few months ago and wow it's nice welding with more power than you need.
P.S. I have less than 5 hours of welding experience so don't listen to my worthless opinion.

The 211 is dual voltage, so it can do 120 and 240v
Do not buy multiprocess machines; if your machine is down (it happens) and you send it off for service, you are boned; no metal working for you! Plus the "all in one" machines are 2 power sources side by side; constant voltage and constant current. You need either depending on the weld process. If you'd like I can go into more detail
Viking 3350 4C for a lid. Welding is about seeing. If you can't see, you can't weld. Once you step into a real hood, you will wonder how ever functioned with a lesser hood
Ive been welding professionally for ~13yrs and I went to school for it, I have a degree, 12 current AWS certifications, a small handful of company owned certs, and I do this in my garage daily, beit Corvette's, Tahoe bumpers I never paint or crawlers I can't wait to sell. You should listen to me

Put a new set of wheels and tires on the RZR last night. Gonna be taking her out for some fun in the dirt/mud Sunday. It’s supposed to rain tomorrow and part of the day Sunday so hoping the ground will be real nice.

I still want a rzr. Got approved for financing twice but couldn’t pull the trigger. Ended up with the blazer instead. Nice to be able to drive it whenever I want. If I was closer to the off road park (and more areas in general) I’d probably buy one.
