Default how much lift to clear 35"s

im possibly looking to buy a ccsb 4x4... how much lift is needed to clear a 35" tire lock to lock without rubbing? i dont mind trimming the lower valence if needed, but i dont want them rubbing on anything else. the reason is, i am going to be pulling the tires off my diesel when i get rid of it, and plan on using those since they are almost brand new. im looking at nbs and nnbs trucks. thanks in advance

kind of ironic. me and you are doing the same thing but completely opposite. I am going to be getting rid of my 07 nnbs ccsb with 35's and get a new 6.7 power stroke. I am also going to pull my 35's off to put on the new truck.

I have a 3" lift. I am not much for big lifts, i like stuffing the tires. I had to cut the bottom back of the fender were the mounting bolt is. You can not tell looking at it and then had to stretch the inner plastic wells. I dont think this combo will work with aftermarket wheels.

a 6in lift will clear 35s lock to lock and with some flex.
i used a 3" body lift and leveling kit on my 2000 to clear 315/75r16's. but if i flexed it hard enough it would rub.

Depends one backspacing width what kinda lift etc.. I could rub 35s with 10" of lift if I wanted too..

What model is the truck ? The nnbs doesn't clear as good as the nbs either

Get cutout flares and run negative offset wheels.
