My Z is now Lifted
Well, I collected the parts needed, spent more than I wanted, but I'm happy with the new look!!!
I did the 6 inch Pro Comp drop bracket with MX-6 adjustables, and skid plate. I replaced the upper contol arms (the stock ones were cast balljoint and all, new ones have replaceable balljoints), lower balljoints, inner and outer tie rods, idler arms, pitman arm. For wheels I went with Pro Comp Extreme Alloys 6089's in a 17X8 (don't remember the offset), and tires are Extreme A/T's in 35 12.5 R17. For the steps I did the N-Fab's with 2 hoops on each side. All in all I'm pretty pleased with the overall look and drive. She still stock 5.3 with 3:73's (I plan on changing that next year to 4.56's with lockers). I also took out the clutch fan and shroud, and installed a set of LS1 electric fans setup on two relays and a toggle switch (for now).
I have some odds and ends I need to tie up but pretty much done, for now! I need to get a tune or handheld for the tire size increase, and a harness for the e-fans.
Pictures are in the works now.....

Thanks guys....
I say go for the lift and then when it's time do the engine. I will run mine till the engine goes, then I want to do a 6.0 swap. She has 93,XXX miles on her now and runs like new.
