Default Need tire help asap!

My truck has 3" worth of lift up front and 1" in the rear, it is an 08 Z71 with factory 18s. I'm trying to choose between tires and have hit a stump. I'm trying to choose between Cooper Zeon Ltz 275 70 18, or Goodyear wrangler duratrac 295 65 18. The coopers are about 350 cheaper and I'm not sure if the 295 would rub or not. What is your thoughts what tire should I go with? Will the 295s rub?

Good luck with ever getting the Cooper's to balance well. They have always needed LOTS of wheel weights to balance, even if you find a shop that does know how to road-force balance. You're better off taking your chances with the Goodyears, which have Kevlar, which is known to flat-spot after being parked for 5-6 hours. But at least they will smooth out after the first 5-6 minutes of driving......

you can fit a 33 on that truck with the lift. Here's a pic of mine with just a 3" body lift now and 305/55-20 Cooper Zeon LTZ

and by the way I am trying to sell these tires and wheels.... I have 4 tires and wheels, and 2 more seperate tires if you're interested because 1 on the truck needs to be replaced. If interested PM me

Get Cooper STT tires they are awesome. They took very little weight to balance, had virtually no road noise, looked cool, worked very well off road or on, and I had 20,000 miles on mine and they still had a lot of tread left when I sold the truck.

I am running a 275/60/20 Cooper LTZ (33") on my Tahoe with only a slight torsion bar crank up front to level it out with only slight rubbing on the plastic inner fenders. I have had the tires for ~30K miles and have been happy with them.

I have a Rough Country 2" level running Cooper Zeon LTZ.They balanced fine with very little weight. They ride very smooth and are quite for a A/T type tire.

I ended up with Cooper st's for now. I'm just going to have to bump to a 20 in rim to get what I want.
