Default New Terra Grapplers for my Tahoe

I grew tired of the BFG MTs; so I ordered these. The BFG's looked good, but will drive you crazy on trips. I can now hear my exhaust going down the highway

New tires are Nitto Terra Grappler 285/70/17...

lookin good!

I also have a 05 Tahoe Z71 with 265/70/17 Terra grapplers on 08' Tahoe wheels ( for winter).

They ride awesome, no road noise and did great last night in the blizzard we had. This truck is like a tank in the snow with the Teragrapplers.

Great tires, just hope they dont wear out too quick LOL.

I wanted to do them on black powdercoated SS wheels, but couldnt find any. I guess I will put what I saved towards the turbo LQ9 swap

I run the 285/70/17 Terra Grapplers on mine for the winter months.I'm satisfied with them.3 winters on them.

But these are not a good tire for hi speed use. even at 100-120mph quick blast.Speed rating on these are very low.I think they are rated R.
