Im really thinking about the Cooper AT3's
i can get them for the best price. my buddy has some on his 2500HD and they are nice.
my last set were the hankook ATM's, they lasted me 3 years and did everything i wanted them to.. but they have gone up $70 per tire

nonnieselman if you can afford them, the Michelin LTX AT/2, similar to Nitto's grappler. I highly recommend for high mileage life and low noise & smoother ride quality, I can tell you they are probably the quietest AT tire available, Nittos are ok but seem to get noisier as they get older. I am not knocking Nittos, but Michelins FTW. been working with tires almost 11 years. If you can save some serious dough with the Nittos, give them a try they do eveything you need them for

I think they're for the Sammy...
Michelin wins over Cooper. Hands down x 10. The Michelin will be lighter, better built, need less wheel weight to balance, ride quieter, have less rolling resistance, and last longer. Remember, I worked in the tire biz for a long time.

Best tire out there is the Hankook ATM RF10
Standard Load is 38 lbs each
LR E are 52 lbs each.
They are an awsome tire, look great and tear through dirt, mud and snow with out a problem. They are also quite rolling down the road!
Personaly not a fan of michelin. They are a great tire but they are over priced. And after only a few years they get hard and don't grive well anymore. They also dry rot in the same amount of time. I personaly would spend money on Michelins.

They are gonna be my DD tires on the silverado.
i thought about E's but these C tires have been doin good. trailers pull fine with no sway or any goofy stuff, i always air the tires up close to max tho.
Im gonna think on it for awhile, really liking the price of the Cooper's
i paid $440 for the Hankook ATM's years ago.. now they are almost $700

You'd be surprised how much a difference it makes. I had regular passenger truck tires on my Z71 and when I switched to E load range tires it was a huge difference. I mainly noticed it with pulling my enclosed trailer. I run mine at 45 then when loaded air up to the 65 max.

I love my terra grapplers. They ride good, no noise and tow well. I am running 305/55/20s so maybe the shorter sidewall is why I have not noticed any issues. I would buy them again.
