The body lift wont affect ride except to raise your center of gravity. Tightening the torsion bars will make the ride a lot stiffer and if over 1" runs the risk of wearing front end parts. Body lifts are affordable but i would save and get a true suspension lift like a fabtech.
You should be able to get 285's or even 305's in there with a 3" lift.

you wont ever know you have a body lift until make a sharp turn. with two and a half inchs of torsion bar lift and a 3in body lift you can fit a 315 on a factory wheel with minor trimmin of the front wheel well

im buying 305/70/16s (33-12.5-16) going on 16x8 aftermarket wheels, will they fit with just keys or what? also im gonna put add-a-leafs in the back, should they fit? Is it ok to put the keys in and crank or not?

Those are the exact tires im getting too, if not the baja claws the new baja MTZ. I dont make many 3 point turns so turning to full lock doesnt happen all that much. But your saying i should get the body lift too? And is that just cause of the front or all around?
