Default Wheel and tire combo.....suggestions need

Well ive got some plans for some new wheels and tires (as soon as my OBS sells lol), anyway Ive been looking at both cooper stt's and the new nitto trail grappler in either a 295/70/17 or 275/70/18 sizes. Anyone have any reviews or input on these tires? Also my choices for wheels are either XD Monsters, or XD Misfits. The truck currently has an rc kit, and i plan on a zone 1.5 BL this winter. So what do you guys think of the tires and also feel free to throw in any other combos you think would look good.

Heres the truck for reference

thanks,
quinn

The Cooper's are good. BFG KM2's are also and about the same money(at least they were 2 years ago).

I'm on some STTs right now and they're definitely one of my favorite tires. I've had/drove on pretty much every popular A/T and M/T and I have to say, the Coopers really do impress me the most. Got to test them in snow the other day and they're awesome in that as well.

I got the km2's on my 1/2 chevy right now and can't say anything bad about them except they are a little noisy but hey they are a 37" tire so its expected. Im gonna do the toyo open country next just because i think they look better and are a little quieter. But both the stt's and the trail grapplers are good tires. i have heard that the stt's are prone to flats when driving through thorny brush where the bfg's never had any of those issues. (buddy had the stt's)
