I have a 04 burban 2500 8.1 3.73. Im not sure what kind of diffs I have I think I have a 14 bolt rear but dnt know if its a 9.5, 10.5, 11.5. And the front I dnt know of I have a 9.25, 8.25. What do I look for or where do i measure? Im guesstamateing i have a 10.5, 9.25

The 9.25 is the front diff size and the rear is 10.5..

Also have you thought about adding a locker to the rear??Most if not everybody here that runs a locker runs a detroit trutrac..

I saw that and thats what I thought. then I saw a package set front and back on another site and it was a 11.5 rear w/ 9.5 front. Ill order the 10.5 thick?

You dont NEED one lol but its a great upgrade from the factory unit..
