I run a 222/226 in a 6.0, daily driving. Tuned by me and runs just like stock. No one would know the difference if it wasn't for the exhaust note and higher idle speed.

Gas mileage is down maybe 1-2 mpg due to the cam. I installed the cam myself to ensure that some mechanic...err...goon didn't screw anything up.
