Default Replacing the starter, how does it come out?

Man, this thing is fun. Anyone know the trick to getting the starter out/in in a AWD tbss?

I got the bolts out of the starter and then was able to get the power and solenoid wiring undone. Tried slipping it out the back by the passanger manifold where it connects to the y-pipe. Pushed the trans cooler lines over a little. It is close to coming out that way but catches on the bellhousing. I tried clocking it in different direction as well as flipping it over to come out backwards. No luck.

My only other thought is to try and undo the y-pipe and push it back a little to see if i can get it to clear, but I think it will still be very hard to get it past the bellhousing.

Open to ideas/suggestions.
