Default 1970 Nova for sale, what do you guys think?

A guy Ive known for a few years now through my friend is selling this 1970 Nova for $5K. 350sbc, TH350 trans, shadow gray w/ black stripes, crane roller cam and valves, edelbrock performer 750 carb and intake manifold, edelbrock valve covers and air filter. Previous owner claims maybe 40 hours since rebuilt engine and is pushing 400hp. Its a power steering and power brake car, and still has AC and heat I believe. Paint overall is pretty nice, but front edge of hood and rear of trunk have some bubbles. It still has factory colomn shift and what seems to be like new, original interior. I have heard it run, needs some fine tuning still but sounded good. Just need to drive it but that has to wait a week or so. Seems like a pretty good deal at 5k, what do you guys think, worth it?

Definitely worth 5k.....I personally like the older shoebox body styles but definitely worth the money.

the more I think about it 5k seems well worth it. Im sure I could fit my MP T70 under the hood of this thing. Should be about perfect size for the 350sbc and even with just 8psi would be pretty damn fun to drive. Im sure I could use most of my KB kit aside from log manifold...

Soold my nova for 28.000. It was a basic car, had pro touring brakes and suspension, and was very clean tho

That car is worth 5 k all day if the frame and body aint rotted. No motor and trans still worth easy 5 k
