AC woes... Texas heat and stupidity taking it tolls...
#22
I've been hearing about the Texas heat non-stop, man I feel for you guys. We had a few hot weeks here, but over the next few days it's supposed to be beautiful. I rent a house and all we have are window units. The one in my bedroom is a trooper, it's been running non-stop since I've been out of work and doing a great job, except for the days that were 113* and humid as hell, which is understandable. If the thing croaks, I'll give the land lord a call...after I send him this month's rent check (which is late due to the injury and not receiving any pay for 3+ weeks). Right now I have the windows open in the living room, and I'm going to measure the front door for a screen door, because when the weather's like this, it provides a nice breeze with the door open, but then of course the house fills with bugs since we don't have a screen.
Take a ride over here to Jersey Corey...I'll set you and your wife up in my room, and Rosie and I will hit her room, and you can enjoy some rare, nice jersey August weather (it's never like this in August here). Don't forget to pack your welding gear for my exhaust

Lmao, I work outside everyday, and it seems like every morning theres a "heat advisory" and people are warned to stay in doors. BS haha. I actually handle the dry heat better than humidity.
BTW, the AC in my house sucks *****, and will runs 24/7 when were there.
