any handgun shooters on here?

Justin, that scope outweighs the gun.
Dan Wesson was the 10mm I was checkin out.
If it's a revolver S&W is my #1 choice by far. Ruger after that. I don't think many will argue w/. that; we won't even get into the semi-autos, cause everyone will be split to some extent.

Yeah, those Dan Wesson 1911s are expensive!!!!
Dan Wesson is owned by CZ now. My revolver was made before that. It should be worth anywhere from $700-900.

I'd rather get another Kimber or more than likely, a defense shotgun. I've seen Mossberg 500's before in many variations, a.w.a. various 870's. The 870 I liked had ghost ring sight, nice short barrrel very close to a riot stock, but w/o the need to register as a pistol like the riot stocks.

Yeah, I think they make their 1911 clones in all sorts of calibers. I know they make 9mm versions.
10mm is expensive to own and shoot but a good bit more powerful than 9mm from what I'm reading.
Unless it's not a 1911 clone then I'm am unaware. DW is owned by CZ so might as well get a CZ then. Maybe spend a little less money. Maybe... lol
edit: Yowzers!!! Here is a DW 10mm 1911.

ordering a rock island armory 1911 tactical or G.I., might just want to build on the G.I. And keep it cheap. But for home defense and rec. shooting I got an M1 carbine. Would like to get some 30rd mags but... California sucks
