LOL, I just got back from New York and the rental agency may or may not be having tranny troubles with the extended cab Ford I drove out there. Seems after an afternoon of power breaking every stop light I came to, it started to smoke the bands instead of the tires... It only had about 1200 miles on it too.
Sooooo, just so you 5.4 Ford guys know, your limit is about 50-60 back to back brake stands before the tranny starts to let go.

I rented a truck to pick up a motor cycle that was 500 miles away(wanted to save miles on mine), They gave me a FORD and it was the plainest truck with the most ugly, uncomfortable interior ive ever seen, But when i took it back they asked how it ran and i said"good for a v-6, they said it was a V-8"!!!!What a turd!!!
