The air is a bit dirty...the masks do 2 things, keep the face clean and keep the skin white. Vietnamese people like white skin, they cover as much as they can. Tans are for tourists 
It's like 3am and I'm up already. Got a lot to do today. I'm lugging the Nikon out for breakfast later, more pics to come.

yep, i remember my history teacher told me that in the older days, you wanted to be powder white, that showed royalty, and the tans were slaves and workers, crazy...
