My buddy has a race car trailer with living quarters that would prob haul your armadillo chaser; I can find out what model it is tomorrow. As for pulling it they have a 05 Doge Ram 3500 Dually ,and that trailer hurts it. Takes like 60% + throttle just to get it moving from a stop sign.

Just buy an RV + trailer, derp. You wouldn't even need to buy another house!

Ha.. a 5.9 with a 4 speed is the worst pulling setup.. its amazing how much better a 6 speed makes it.

Just get your CDL and get a 18wheeler. you could build the inside of the trailer for living quarters and a small section for your truck.

I know flaco has 2 enclosed trailers, one is a bumper pull, and the other one is like a 40ft fifth wheel with living headquarters, he took it to SAR in Feb pulling it with a dodge dually, might want to hit him up.

Thanks Jarrett. I figured you or your Dad might know a thing or two about trailers!

I like the convenience and flexibility of a 5th wheeler alot better and that you can unhook the two and use the tow rig as a runaround if need be. I know a guy who's got a 38ft motorhome and a 33ft trailer and watching him drive that thing and park it is reason enough for me to not try it.

Bang-rig is in the house! That would be pretty sweet if I ever went that route! I'd get a double stacker so I can haul around a couple cars and still have living quarters in it. But yeah...I couldn't afford it, it'd bust my budget wide open. I did look for some used Kodiak's though after Cody made light of the fact that a 3500 would be maxxed out. The cheapest used one I found was around $30K and that's more than half of what I want to spend for both the tow rig and trailer. I guess it all depends on what the market will bear for when I sell my house.

That's right, I remember him rolling up in that white dodge pulling that massive trailer. I'll shoot him a PM. Thanks

Looking for a 5th wheel toy hauler or something similar that has living accomodations but can also haul a RCSB truck if necessary. Most of the Toy Haulers I've looked at are restricted weight wise and most likely wouldn't be able to fit a truck in it either. Tarinitup mentioned that you have 2 enclosed trailers, one is a bumper pull, and the other one is like a 40ft fifth wheel with living quarters.
What kind of trailer is it and how are the living accomodations in it? Also, how does that dodge deal with the trailers when fully loaded?

the big one i have is a 44' trailer and has living quarters...and is a gooseneck, not fifth wheel..i can fit the truck great in it and 2 people can accomodate perfect.. i have a big shelf for tools and cabinets aswell in the back where truck goes, i can pull it without a hiccup in the dodge all loaded up with all my crap in it...

the bumper pull i pull it with my 2500 and i can fit the truck, motorcycle, tools etc and is 28' with the gas 2500 it pulls it great...either or u go with u cant go wrong
