Unhappy Clunk coming from front end

For the past couple of weeks, I have been getting a clunk coming from my front end when I leave from a stop going both forward and reverse. It's not a loud one, just sounds like something is loose, it a metal on metal clank. I have checked under the truck and everything is tight, nothing loose. I'm out of ideas, and I am against the idea of taking it to a mechanic for them to "take a look" then write me some bogus invoice.

Anyone have the same problem? And all ideas welcome.

Thanks

Good idea, I will have to lube it up and see if that helps. Even if it doesn't, probably a good idea to do it anyways. Thanks!
