retarded rule that I will fight...

so here we go, the meeting did not bring up my truck, but they want to re-write the rules...as of right now I can argue that the total capacity of most SUV's are over 1/4 ton, or that mine is a highway vehicle...There is no definition of radically modified vehicle or interpretation of that...

So you need to politely ask then why 1/2 ton trucks are not allowed. A 1/2 ton truck uses up no more space than a "Passenger vehicle" SUV.
this rule need ammended. I can kind of understand big trucks like 3/4-1 ton but not 1/2

Edit: just saw your 2nd post.

Agreed. Most SUV's are 1/2 to 3/4 ton. This should be pointed out

Just swinging in the dark here....what's the reason behind the ban? I'm guessing the rule was instituted because of (perhaps) some people who were running businesses with their trucks and these trucks were eyesores. If so, encourage them to get to the 'spirit' of the law (no work trucks) and rewrite the bylaws so the letter of the law is more in alignment with the spirit - more accurate and specific.

I think you mean S-10 badges

1500 = 1/2 ton > 1/4 ton
