Yea staying to strict will never allow you to loose weight. Why would you want to loose weight if you are always miserable? If you allow your self a day a week or at least an occasional bad *** snack you have a better chance then eating celery for 2 months straight!

Hell, about years back I actually lost like 40 lbs eating every crap meal I wanted, damn near fast food every day. Just cut my portions WAY back. My biggest issue with loosing weight has always been portion control. Luckily I can cut weight easily even eating everything I like to eat.
Staying away from soda's definitely helps if you can swing it. If not, try to stick with light colored drinks like sprite, sierra mist etc... Lots of water.

those pics trip me out every time. do you know what your body fat is at right now? miller lite is keeping me from losing the last 10-15 lbs that i want to cut. had me 14 or 15 beers last night..the problem is ill have 18-30 friday and saturday. i feel like im doing p90x just so i dont gain weight! gain 8-10 lbs over the weekend, then spend the week working my *** off to lose it so i can party over the weekend again. it's a vicious cycle.
op, dont worry about 1 late night feast. just cut back a little for the rest of the day and do some extra cardio.

Check out My Fit Foods. There is like 8 locations hear in Dallas area. They sale health meals with a choice of small, medium, large portions. I just started getting my meals from here a couple of weeks ago. There are locations in other cities/states but im not sure which.
