I hope that deer was already dead when it was hit by that train.

I can't even move in my damn deerstand without them running off.

OR, maybe it was trying to run in front of it, a little game of chicken.

That picture is very suspicious to me. First, I dont see train tracks, second, I've seen many deer hit by vehicles, and never one that was killed and not bleeding from the mouth. Also, no apparent broken bones or scarred hide. I will admit, the deer is definately atop the light pole, and I highly doubt anyone would have laid it up there, and it damn sure didnt jump that high.

that issss pretty high up in the air, most train move at 20mph max I would think, unless it was some bullet train or something, it would take a fast moving train to launch a deer that high up in the air, looks like it had been sitting there for a few days from the look of its fur and what not...

whatever the story is.... just imagine being the person who called this in.. lol

"i wonder why the power is out"... so you go look outside at the power wires... you get a closer look bc it looks like a giant paper sack on top of the poles from a distance... lol but no, its a deer, 60+ foot in the air... wtf, lol.

Wow!!

I watched a HUGE buck walk up to a 6'+ fence, stop, and jump over it without touching it from a dead stop. I thought that was incredible but, this is pretty wild too.

Even a train moving at 20mph could impart a LOT of energy to a little old ~1XXlb deer. That surely woulda been something to see.
