Default EDC Flashlights

Thinking about picking one of these (LINK) up for around $70. I won't be carrying this on my person as I've already got enough **** in my pockets as it is. But I am looking for something that is around that "EDC" size out of a flashlight. Any other suggestions? I'd consider this about maxing out my budget unless the option is exponentially better than this one.

How about one of these bad boys. You can even wear it with your helmet on.

Dude, you are the ultimate hoarder of random, expensive items. Strangely, they're all cool as hell and I like them all.

A good flashlight should be one of the top items on a 'random & expensive' list. I have never had a flashlight that didn't break or start flickering under normal use. I would definitely put down some cash for a good one...

And I'm sure it was probably a $2 flashlight with about 5-6 large LEDs and a rubber button on the back? Ya those suck, and they break really easy.

I've got an old incandescent 3D Maglite as well as a newer LED 3D Maglite and there really is no comparison. You should REALLY try out one of the new ones. I think you can get them for like $27 at Costco and other stores like that. I've tried to take a picture of the light output difference before but I'm not good enough at taking pictures to show the true light output.
