Post up the specs, I want to build one to keep in my company truck. My TK15 works good but doesnt have a focused enough beam to see down in holes that are 60+ feet deep.

I ended up making several of these, but the best on was an old flashlight I had laying around. It was an old cr123a 3w flashlight I had laying around. The thing that was nice about this light is, it will hold a 20mm led base, and the reflector is a little bit bigger. I used a 20mm XML-T6 led with a IMR 16340 3.7V 550mah battery on a direct drive. Supposedly it puts out about 800 lumens. I am not sure exactly what it puts out, but it is very impressive. I have had a Surefire M500B, a Surefire M6, Surefire M3, and carry a Surefire M2 with an XML-T6 450 lumen lamp every day at work, and will take this light any day over any of them. I will try to get a beamshot after it gets dark tonight.

The first pic is about 50 yards away from my GF's fathers shop. The second is about 25 yards away. They are cell phone pics that really don't do the flashlight any justice.
