FedEx, UPS, DHL all charge a customs brokerage fee on ground shipping, on a sliding scale based on the value of the shipment. And this is on top of any sales taxes or duties owed. Duties apply if the product is manufactured in a non NAFTA country. Funny how the post office can do the same thing for a flat rate of $10. Customs brokerage is included in the cost of express services.

Brown Santa is the way to go... everytime I get a order shipped fed ex its screwed up in some way shape form or fashion... and i don't live to far from the world headquarters of fed ex

I've had UPS drivers that drive by my place and don't attempt delivery nor leave a tag, yet on the online tracking it says delivery attempted. Never had that problem with FedEx. Also, with fedex I like that I can divert packages to a very close fedex office to pickup when convenient for me
