Default Gas Prices from like 6-7 years ago

You think we'll ever see gas prices in the $1.10-$1.50 range again?

It was 1.10/G when I first started driving. WHat was it when ya'll first started driving?

I don't think so. If you compare price of gas now with price of gas 20 years ago, it's about where it should be for inflation. It's has been artificially held down to help keep the economy going and it now its catching up. Personally, I think its just something we have to deal with. Be glad your not in Europe, where gas is around 5-8 dollar a gallon and has been for years.

I think it was in the $0.80-$0.90 range IIRC. That was 90-91.

He!! that doesn't even fill up your lawn mower. Gas was always around $1 when I started driving then my last year of college it got down to $0.75 and oil was like $9 a barrel. Oh those were the days.
