Dont know if this counts but when I was younger my Grandma died in her room at home. I took her room a few weeks later and one night me and my mom were arguing, later that night I was falling asleep and felt the whole bed shake I ran out screaming like a little girl thinking it was an earthquake, but everyone in the house said there was none so I did not sleep in there for a while.

i never believed in any of this until i moved into the city from the suburbs the house i live in is brand new, and for some reason nothing ever goes missing or moves physically but i swear the basement is haunted, i have been woken up a few times like i can feel some one grab me and wake up really quick and there's no body around no noice and its so cold you can see your breath. other times you will have a really fucked up dream and wake up and its like some one is holding you down can look around and be fully aware of your surroundings but can't move.

That is called Sleep Paralysis. Nothing paranormal about it.

that's a logical explanation for that but explain the sudden freezing temperatures with the house heat cranked and 2 space heaters in my bedroom
