Default Giant rattle snake

This morning a friend sent me a pic of a rattle snake that some guy from in our county killed. It is the biggest one i have ever seen. He said it measured around 9ft long and had 28 rattlers!

HOLY FAWK!!!

everyday you guys give me a good reason to never move out west! even though we have our fair share of rattle snakes and cottonmouths here. Just not so much where I live, more so in the mountain/valley region.

I'd much rather live in the frozen tundra than ever deal with those bastards! I had a few run-ins with Brown Snakes when I lives in Australia in '01 and I still shudder thinking about them...

Lol at the "9 foot" rattlesnake. Canebrake rattlers dont get near that big and whats even funnier is that its a protected/threatened species depending which state you live in.
