Richmond is NorCal's #1 **** hole. I have some friends that are Richmond cops, you couldn't pay me enough to work in that city. The worst part of it all is that this type of thing is really not that uncommon in Richmond. But I say don't kill em' that would be the easy way out for them....stick them in prison and let them find out what happens to rapists on the inside.....

If they go to prison, they will not get life. The chick did not die. They will get a few years and be let out. That is how fucked up our system is.
