Sold my truck to CarMax...wasn't impressed with what they gave me for it but at the same time they didn't do a good job of inspecting it.

yes they will low ball you, i raised hell when i was quoted on my car, i actually had the manager chase me out to my car and bargain "better" with me when i told them to shove it up their ***, in those exact words
