Default Help me understand these stupid vehicles...
I don't get it - they make a 4-door, then chop the roof off of the back seat so no one but a 5-year-old can sit there.

That seems to be standard for the backseat of pretty much every small car...

Yeah, well, these are full-size cars....the BMW is based on a 5-series platform, and the Honda is based on an Accord platform. Both of the sedan iterations of these vehicles easily fit people who are 6'2" in the front and rear. But this bizarre vehicle is taller, more expensive, and less functional.

You've got the size and weight of a wagon without the space advantage.

You've got the storage capacity and headroom of a coupe without the sexy roofline, just a confused looking one.

Makes sense to me...

They really have some STUPID looking cars coming out from all over the globe. Who knows where they are getting their designers.

I see no reason why they couldn't sell that......
The thing with those though, is that they're all practical and have lots of storage space while still being a small vehicle. The two cars in the OP are big, heavy, and sit high like a crossover, but have the practicality of a coupe (albeit with 4 doors).
