Lately I've been having back pains(kidney area) and my eye has been twitching, and random muscle spasms. I read these are all top side effects of too much caffeine, so I'm going to try to stop drinking so much. I've probably been taking in somewhere around 400-500mg a day between pre workout supplements and energy drinks. What about you guys?

I couldnt put a number on the exact mg of caffine, but I can put down two of the 24oz zero carb zero sugar monsters a day, I know its bound to have side effects down there road

i would have to say very little, all i drink is water. no coffee, no tea, no soda.

basically zero except if i have a headache I will take excedrine migraine which has 60mg of caffeine. all I drink is milk, gatorade, and sprite.

Used to drink atleast 3 Monsters a day, in the morning, at lunch, and after school.. all with very little food except BIG dinner.. Guess it sucks being 130lbs and not having a lot of food at home..

Yea I love my milk, almost a gallon a day. No thanks on the sprite though, I literally watched a friends mom drink herself into diabetes with cases of sprite.

I almost always drink five or six cans of Coke or other soda, one or two Red Bull, and a few glasses of tea a day. Not sure on the exact measure, but it's a good bit and terrible for me. I have some of the same problems that you do, but they're VERY rare, and I don't even know that they've got anything to do with what I drink.

You might also be dehydrated or stressed out.. That can cause the eye spaz/twitch and other twitches also.. And milk while it is good for you, almost a gallon a day is not healthy..

I would knock out two rockstars a day, cause we sold em at work, after coke pulled out from here, I started to feel better,plus no more neon pee.
