How much caffeine do you drink a day?

There's tons of myths about milk, but why do we feed it to babies then?
Myth Buster: Drinking milk does not cause kidney stones, and may protect against them.
Contrary to popular belief, milk consumption does not lead to the development of kidney stones and in fact some research suggests that drinking milk is associated with lower rates of stone formation.
Research done at Washington State University showed that people could replace milk for apple juice without increasing their risk of stone formation.1
A four-year study in men aged 40 to 75 found that those who consumed a calcium-rich diet (1,326 mg calcium/day) had a 34 percent lower risk of kidney stones than men who consumed only 516 mg calcium per day.2
Similarly, a study in women found that those who consumed 3 or more servings of dairy per day had a lower risk of kidney stone formation over an 8-year period.3

How the hell do you quit caffeine? I work a rotating shift so I drink a lot of mountain dew throwback and 1 5 hour energy per work day.
I work 12 hour shifts. 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off. Except, I hardly ever get 4 days off. I'm thinking about starting to drink kool aid and juice instead of so much pop.

Caffeine and sodium benzoate:
Oral: 300 mg as a single dose
Stimulant/diuretic (unlabeled use): I.M., I.V.: 500 mg, maximum single dose: 1 g
OTC labeling (stimulant): Oral: 100-200 mg every 3-4 hours as needed
Per lexi comp.com
There other unlabeled uses that have up to 2 grams a day
Some of this is open for interpretation per weight/tolerance/etc
