I drink around 2 16 oz monster a day(green), 32 oz Dr. Pepper, plus 1-2 glasses of tea. And more tea less monster on the weekends. I also work 3rd shift so giving up caffine would be amazing idk I I can. I also get heartburn everyday. Sometimes water even gives it to me. Basically tums are my bff. Prilosec and prevacid don't help anymore and I have to take at least 4 1000 mg of it to even start to work.

I just started laying off the caffeine. Mostly water, decaf tea, or sprite/7up/etc.... I've had one Dr. Pepper in the last 2 weeks and no coffee.

I've always tried to follow my parents old rule of no more than two cokes a day, but usually I'm drinking something that's caffeine free. But I usually stick to drinking water at work or drinking Gatorade at home. Never been a fan of energy drinks, had a bad experience drinking a monster on an empty stomach while pulling an overnighter. I don't think I've had one since then and it's been ~6 years.

Breakfast-shot of b12 and 16oz coffee, lunch-16oz redbull, supper- whatever wife cooks and a couple beers. And to the to much milk is a myth, read what you want but I can tell you from my experience I'm 26 and have passed 4 kidney stones. Dr said it was from calcium deposits witch came from to much milk. Slacked off the milk and cokes, he said that cokes dont help either, and haven't had one since, knock on wood.

LOL at all these northern guys drinking mountain dew, I don't even know the last time I saw a mountain dew? I guess yall didn't see that special on tv about all the kids drinking mountain dew all day and all their teeth were rotten, and they were overweight. I think it was Kentucky or Virginia.

at one point i was getting horrible heartburn. mostly when i laid down to sleep. lost weight and started eating decent and heartburn is 100% gone.

Had a look at the gas station mountain dew has almost 80g of sugar in a 20oz bottle
