Default Hp Tuners was just delivered

Well i finally did it, bought hp tuners pro, i cant wait to play with it after work, ive been reading some lately, hp tuners forum, pt.net etc... anyways iŽll see how far i come and if it seems to big of a bite then iŽll order Greg Bandish CD
If anyone has any help for a newbie please let me know, the thing that seems not so easy but i would like to do is upgrade the tune for my bigger injectors, iŽll post some pictures and info on the injectors and pigtails later

Also bought some new wires, i cut into one of the stock ones with a sharp peace of metal accidentally, put a lot of black tape on it but for looks and peace of mind will change them all

Congrats. Don't let all the tables overwhelm you a lot of them aren't used. If you have the injector data it shouldn't be hard to get the injectors tuned.

That tool is for the older style engines with the distributor and long wires. Not sure why MSD still includes it with the ls stuff.

My advice...don't change anything unless you know exactly what it is and what effect it has on your tune.

Congrats. I would tune your vehicle with the stock injectors first, and get it exactly where you want it. Then only use injectors with known values. Swap the injectors out, and change the values in the tune. If the updated injector info is correct everything will be right on.

well i got a mail order tune, sent the pcm away a couple of months ago when i did the 6.0 swap, it works fine now with stock injectors but i still wana take a good look at it before i start with the bigger injectors tune, iŽll make a couple of wot runs and log the runs, if i post them would someone be able to tell me how good that tune is? or what should i do

thank you for your time and help guys
