I didn't go because of the past few events, what I would like to see them do is open the pit side to racers only and make everyone park in the large parking lot and walk thru the gate and pay, this would stop all the BS and the people racing could race, good luck with the future events.

still wont lock up in 3rd but theres a new one on the way!
sorry i missed your call saturday kevin i was in evadale that evening ( night ) just trying to get the truck sorted out for nitrous until i had starting issues pertaining to voltage again or whatever it may be 
thats a good idea, the staff had good intentions, but like i mentioned in my own opinion i really think they were overcome and the police didnt help that much from what i been reading and seen!!
HPT has great intentions and theyre leraning from each time out, they went from 6k + to 8+ they doubled the law enforcement but they failed to realize that they had to triple it cause of the growth of the event this go round, maybe next time they'll have there sites on 10k people and actually make a race event out of it?
drop the beer at the gate just like a sporting event, who cares if it cost 10 times as much, if you cant afford it dont drink it, its pretty simple, specially if its gonna be an annual thing, its nothing different from the NHRA drag racing events, if they can control there crowds i cant see why not hpt staff! seems like they just need a little hand in organizing and always expect the worse not the good!
park the cars, walk to the stands watch the races, need to go potty or eat then go then return !
